I'm Kjersti, or KJ, McElwee.

I take pictures, write, design stuff, and drink a lot of coffee. If I’m not working or volunteering, I’m in the mountains.

I was born and raised in Norway. After a short stint serving in South-East Asia, I moved to Alaska in 2014. We’re based in Anchorage, and love to travel.

Pricing & Packages

For most portrait sessions, we operate with a base price of $200 for 1.5 hours of shooting time on location. That includes full copyright to your images, editing, and more.

For weddings, we offer a few different packages that are highly customizable according to your needs. Weddings typically cost anywhere from $1,000 to $2,000, depending on what you choose to hire us for (up to a full day of shooting). Standalone engagement shoots cost $200.

Travel costs are negotiable.
